About This Role
- Lead design and development of AI and Generative AI solutions, including enterprise applications using LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI frameworks.
- Provide technical guidance, mentor engineering teams, and participate in architecture reviews promoting engineering best practices.
- Deploy AI solutions on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), support AI lifecycle management including model monitoring and performance optimization.
Minimum Requirements
- University degree or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience, or an advanced degree plus minimum 3 years experience.
- Advanced knowledge of AI technologies and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or GCP) is essential.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 5 years relevant experience OR advanced degree with minimum 3 years experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading AI solution development with a focus on scalable, reusable architectures and emerging AI technologies.
- Strong background in cloud deployment and operational management of AI models within enterprise environments.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with product managers, architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI solutions.
