About This Role
- Lead Agile delivery teams across multiple technology initiatives ensuring successful execution and alignment with organizational goals.
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies and coordinate release planning, managing dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations across multiple teams.
- Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile best practices, drive continuous improvement, and promote Agile maturity within the organization.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (B.E./B.Tech/MCA/MBA/MS or 3 years additional equivalent work experience can substitute for degree).
- Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and managing Agile delivery metrics in enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, with experience managing multi-team dependencies and release coordination.
- Location: Pune-based with occasional client site travel; hybrid work model.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading Agile deliveries, particularly in Mobile, Digital, or Web application projects within large-scale or healthcare enterprises.
- Certified Scrum Master, Professional Scrum Master, SAFe certifications, or PMP preferred, indicating strong Agile and project management expertise.
- Proficient with Agile tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Rally and familiar with Agile transformations, ITIL/ITSM frameworks, and DevOps practices.
