About This Role
- Own and drive the Orchestration and Automation platform tower roadmap including consolidation decisions across low and medium code platform estates.
- Build and validate business cases based on measurable outcomes such as cycle time saved, manual efforts reduced, and license costs avoided.
- Strategically prioritize platform investments with clear success metrics, managing trade-offs and protecting engineering focus on scalable outcomes.
Minimum Requirements
- 16+ years of progressive enterprise platform leadership experience including end-to-end ownership of platform roadmap, architecture, operations, and lifecycle.
- Experience operating a platform in a regulated enterprise environment with knowledge of at least one part of the pharma value chain.
- Strong technical fluency in AI/ML technologies including LLMs, agentic systems, AI agents and workers, sufficient to set architecture direction and scope realistically.
- Deep hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) at enterprise scale including governance, ALM, licensing, and managing a citizen developer program.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven ability to consolidate fragmented or underused platform estates and sustain growth in adoption and operating models.
- Experience leading engineers directly and influencing a larger citizen developer community with frameworks and governance.
- Strong background managing complex low/medium code automation platforms and workflow stacks alongside Power Platform in large enterprise settings.
