About This Role
- Own and drive the product roadmap for insurance products including life, health, general, and embedded insurance.
- Lead cross-functional teams to build, launch, and scale digital insurance products covering onboarding, policy lifecycle, and claims journeys.
- Manage API integrations, ensure regulatory compliance, and execute Go-To-Market strategies for insurance offerings.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of Product Management experience; preference for Insurance/InsurTech/FinTech sectors.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
- Work Location: Mumbai; Full-time, Work From Office (WFO).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Deep domain expertise in insurance products, underwriting, distribution models, and digital insurance platforms.
- Experienced in managing end-to-end digital product lifecycles and regulatory compliance in the insurance domain.
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and deliver successful product launches.
