About This Role
- Lead end-to-end delivery and governance of global Finance IT projects within SOX-controlled environments.
- Act as hands-on Scrum Master for Local Analytics Portfolio, facilitating Agile ceremonies and enabling high-performing teams.
- Manage stakeholder alignment, resource planning, vendor performance, and operational readiness to ensure project success and business value delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 8+ years managing global IT projects in complex multinational organizations.
- At least 1 year of hands-on Scrum Master experience including Agile event facilitation and team coaching.
- Proven experience delivering Finance IT projects in SOX-controlled environments with knowledge of internal controls and IT General Controls.
