About This Role
- Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications within an AI-driven legal operations platform using C# and .NET.
- Develop and optimize database operations including SQL queries and stored procedures on Microsoft SQL Server.
- Collaborate in an Agile environment with cross-functional teams and use AI-assisted development tools to enhance productivity and code quality.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on software development experience with C# and .NET.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server including SQL queries, stored procedures, and database design.
- Proficiency in Git-based source control workflows; Agile/Scrum methodology experience.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 2 years

- Experienced in full lifecycle software development within Agile teams, contributing across design, development, and testing phases.
- Comfortable leveraging AI-assisted development tools while applying strong judgment to review AI-generated code.
- Familiarity with both backend (.NET, MS SQL Server) and potentially desktop application development (Windows, DevExpress) for broader technical depth.
