About This Role
- Lead the administrative establishment and policy development for a new India campus and manufacturing plant supporting 700+ employees.
- Manage vendor relationships, facility operations, workforce attendance/leave systems for contract and non-full-time staff, and ensure compliance with HR policies and Indian labor laws.
- Oversee travel logistics for international visitors, event coordination, facility resource management including catering, security, and general administrative support.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 14+ years of progressive administrative experience, especially in large-scale manufacturing or industrial setups with 500+ employees.
- Proven experience in setting up administrative operations for new facilities or plants.
- Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and administrative compliance relevant to manufacturing environments.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 14+ years in relevant domains.

- Demonstrated capability to lead complex facility setup and ongoing administrative management in large industrial environments.
- Experienced in vendor management, contract negotiation, budget control, and crafting administrative policies.
