About This Role
- Lead FP&A core execution activities within the COE including month-end close, forecasting, and reporting with accountability for quality and timeliness.
- Review and validate OPEX accruals, forecasts, and close reporting ensuring financial rigor and alignment with global FP&A teams.
- Drive process standardization, automation, system improvements, and build scalable reporting and insights to support decision-making.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of relevant finance experience including FP&A, accounting, or business analysis.
- Strong understanding of accrual-based accounting, forecasting, and budgeting concepts.
- Experience with financial systems like Anaplan, SAP, BW preferred; excellent communication skills in English.
