About This Role
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Data Science projects applying advanced machine learning, operational research, and statistical methods to large healthcare datasets.
- Manage and own the Proprietary AI engine optimizing Copay Support and Value & Access transformation initiatives including model training and SLA adherence.
- Oversee AI tool roadmap execution and collaborate globally to develop AI-driven applications, dashboards, and automated workflows enhancing commercial decision-making.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or STEM field.
- 7-12 years of Information Systems or related experience.
- Strong experience with machine learning algorithms, statistical techniques, and analytic tools like Python or R.
- Foundational knowledge of US pharmaceutical ecosystem, especially patient support services and claims/prescription data.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader capable of managing small teams and guiding data scientists in commercial and development analytics.
- Familiar with MLOps, DevOps, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) to operationalize ML models and workflows.
- Technical operator with ability to translate business needs into AI-driven technical solutions and manage cross-functional global teams.
