About This Role
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Q2C process improvements by prototyping and building AI-assisted automation tools and working solutions.
- Collaborate with Business SMEs, Product, Architecture, and Engineering to translate business problems into scalable solutions within Quote-to-Cash domain.
- Analyze and report on data patterns, track KPIs, and support data migration and UAT using primarily AI-assisted and automated methods.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience as Business Analyst or related role, preferably in SaaS or enterprise environment.
- Domain experience in Quote-to-Cash, CPQ, Contract Lifecycle Management, or Order Management systems.
- Practical experience using AI-assisted development/automation tools to build working solutions (e.g. Claude, Copilot).
- Working hours approximately 5:00 PM IST to 2:00 AM IST (AMER shift).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Comfortable shifting from requirements gathering to hands-on building of AI-assisted automation and prototypes.
- Strong expertise in Q2C business processes with ability to foresee upstream/downstream impacts and guide solution design.
- Experience working in fast-paced, iterative delivery environments involving multiple stakeholders and complex integrations.
