About This Role
- Design, develop, and optimize scalable backend systems primarily in C/C++/PERL for cloud-connected email security appliances.
- Mentor junior developers and enforce best practices while collaborating with product managers and customers to deliver innovative features.
- Integrate AI/ML technologies such as LLMs and AI APIs into security products to enhance automation and threat detection.
Minimum Requirements
- 6 to 8+ years of software development experience specifically in PERL, C, and C++.
- Strong proficiency in SQL databases like PostgreSQL and MySQL with knowledge of optimization techniques.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control (GitHub), and debugging tools (GDB, Strace).
- Familiarity with Linux OS and networking protocols including SMTP, DNS, and TLS.

- Experienced in backend development for security or network-related products with a focus on performance and scalability.
