About This Role
- Perform full systems life cycle management including analysis, design, coding, testing, and implementation for applications development.
- Lead detailed design and development of complex applications and architecture components, including code reviews and mentoring developers.
- Manage application service commitments and support troubleshooting, integration, and performance tuning tasks.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience with Java, J2EE, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs.
- Minimum 4 years of experience with Angular and 3 years with messaging systems like Kafka.
- Experience with Agile methodology, DevSecOps, Jenkins pipelines, container deployment (OpenShift preferred), and relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle).
- Work Experience Required: 8+ years of relevant experience in full stack Java development.

- Experienced leader with 4+ years guiding adoption of new technologies, development best practices, and technical project management.
- Proficient in deep architectural design and mentoring others on Spring Boot and Angular best practices.
- Skilled in effective communication of design concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, emphasizing critical details.
