About This Role
- Architect and implement scalable multi-agent AI systems with features like collaboration, memory, reasoning, and workflow orchestration.
- Develop and optimize hybrid-architecture Agentic AI workflows, including Vector RAG and GraphRAG across AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, and on-prem platforms.
- Lead cross-functional teams by delivering PoCs, mentoring, setting technology standards, and managing enterprise-scale AI/Generative AI and RAG solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
- 8+ years experience in software, AI-ML, enterprise platform, or knowledge engineering roles.
- Proven experience delivering scalable Agentic AI, Generative AI, and RAG/GraphRAG solutions with hands-on Python and agentic frameworks.
- Working knowledge of Claude ecosystem, MCP integrations, AWS AgentCore, and hybrid-cloud design (AWS + GCP + on-prem).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced technical leader capable of driving architecture and technology selection in complex hybrid-cloud AI environments.
- Deep expertise in knowledge engineering including ontologies, semantic modeling, graph databases (Neo4j, Neptune), and vector databases.
- Strong cross-functional collaborator skilled at stakeholder communication and using AI-assisted coding to automate workflows.
