About This Role
- Design, implement, and continuously improve end-to-end IT Asset Management processes on the ServiceNow platform, covering hardware, software, SaaS licenses, and contracts.
- Develop workflows, reports, dashboards, and enterprise integrations to ensure asset governance, compliance, audit readiness, and data quality.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Procurement, Finance, and Infrastructure teams to optimize software licensing, subscriptions, contract lifecycle activities, and vendor relationships.
Minimum Requirements
- 10-15 years of experience in Enterprise Service Management or ServiceNow solutions with minimum 5 years in Asset Management processes.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience designing IT Asset Management processes for global organizations including software licensing, compliance, and hardware lifecycle management.
- Proficiency with ServiceNow Asset Management modules (HAM, SAM, CMDB, Discovery) and supporting tools (Performance Analytics, Power BI) required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Deep expertise in IT Asset Management within global enterprises combined with hands-on technical ServiceNow platform skills.
- Experience effectively partnering with cross-functional teams including Procurement, Finance/FinOps, and vendors for asset and licensing optimization.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL framework, configuration management, contract lifecycle, and financial operations related to asset management.
