About This Role
- Configure, customize, and develop Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations and CRM solutions including plugins, workflows, and Power Apps to support enterprise business processes.
- Design and implement Power Automate flows, custom Dataverse plugins, JavaScript/TypeScript web resources, and integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems using Azure services and REST APIs.
- Manage solution lifecycle including packaging, environment configuration, data migration, and provide tier-3 support in an Agile delivery environment.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 4 years hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations and CRM (Sales, Customer Service, or custom modules).
- Proven development skills in C#/.NET for Dataverse plugins, JavaScript/TypeScript for Dynamics 365 form customizations.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 4 years in Dynamics 365 related development and customization.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in enterprise-scale Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementations using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong technical proficiency with solution lifecycle management, Azure DevOps CI/CD, and system integration using Azure Functions and Logic Apps.
- Skilled in complex data migration, security architecture of Dataverse, and designing advanced custom controls with PCF (TypeScript/React).
