About This Role
- Analyze and define detailed functional and technical requirements for a web-based commission reporting platform used by financial advisers.
- Specify system design, including front-end user interfaces and back-end database integration with platforms like SAP FS-ICM.
- Support Agile project delivery through backlog prioritization, sprint planning, requirement traceability, and assist in UAT testing.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in requirements engineering, business analysis, or product analysis within complex enterprise applications.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Information Systems, or related field.
- Strong domain knowledge of incentive, commission, compensation, or financial reporting processes.
- Experience with Agile delivery practices and tools such as Jira and Confluence; familiarity with web technologies (e.g., Angular) and databases (Oracle, SQL).

- Experienced in handling senior-level requirements responsibility within complex financial or incentive compensation systems.
- Capable of bridging business, product, and technology teams effectively, ensuring end-to-end understanding and implementation of commission-related requirements.
- Comfortable working in Agile environments and supporting continuous delivery with a focus on documentation, traceability, and testing support.
