About This Role
- Owns daily cash accounting activities including balancing customer payment and disbursement accounts.
- Responsible for month-end close tasks, journal entries, and account reconciliations following company standards.
- Supports governance initiatives, process improvements, and adhoc financial reporting requests.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance with 1-2 years of accounting experience OR 3-4 years of accounting experience without degree.
- Experience with GL and balance sheet reconciliation mandatory.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Work timings: 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM IST with availability required between 6:00 AM and 11:30 AM US Eastern Time for team meetings.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Has hands-on experience with reconciliation tools, preferably Blackline, and treasury/Oracle systems.
- Comfortable managing accounting processes within a fluctuating environment supporting US and Asia finance teams.
- Demonstrates strong analytical skills and ability to execute process improvements with attention to quality and detail.
