About This Role
- Lead architecture, design, and development of scalable, secure cloud-native platform capabilities using Kubernetes, Go, and Azure.
- Own technical roadmap and delivery accountability for platform engineering projects, including reusable frameworks and automation services.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve developer productivity, operational efficiency, and platform resilience while mentoring engineers.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with focus on cloud-native platform engineering.
- Expertise in Kubernetes architecture, controllers, CRDs, Operators, networking, security, and production-scale cluster operations.
- Extensive experience with Golang for backend services, Kubernetes Operators, and automation frameworks.
- Experience designing, deploying, and managing production workloads on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) at scale.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strategic technical leader with proven ownership of architecture and technical decisions in platform engineering.
- Deep networking knowledge including TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S, TLS, load balancing, and distributed systems troubleshooting.
- Experienced in implementing GitOps, CI/CD pipelines, and scaling platform services with strong automation focus.
