About This Role
- Analyze and optimize transaction success rates across merchants, platforms, and categories within the payment ecosystem.
- Identify root causes of payment failures and collaborate with engineering, banking, and product teams to resolve issues.
- Generate data-driven reports and dashboards to monitor trends, track KPIs, and recommend process improvements to enhance transaction reliability.
Minimum Requirements
- 0.5+ years of overall experience in Business Analysis.
- Strong skills in SQL, Excel, and BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Strong understanding of financial products, regulatory requirements, and emerging fintech technologies.
- Work Experience Required: 0.5+ years experience

- Comfortable collaborating with diverse stakeholders including merchants, banks, and product teams for issue resolution.
