About This Role
- Manage financial data gathering, analysis, and reporting including profit & loss, balance sheet, cash flow, and pricing to influence business decisions.
- Drive weekly, monthly, and long-term financial forecasting aligned with business and corporate objectives.
- Ensure adherence to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and maintain strong business controls for accurate financial representation.
Minimum Requirements
- Preferably an Associate's degree (strongly preferred but not strictly stated as mandatory).
- Typically 2+ years of work experience, preferably in an accounting environment.
- Mandatory skills: Good understanding of accounting processes, strong business application skills including Microsoft Office Suite and SAP, good database skills.
- Onsite work requirement at an HPE office.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience handling financial analyses and reporting to support strategic business decisions and initiatives such as Mergers & Acquisitions.
- Comfortable working independently on moderately complex financial assignments with limited supervision.
- Capable of supporting customer inquiries and identifying improvement opportunities in financial processes and systems.
