About This Role
- Define and own the long-term architectural vision and strategy for Generative AI and Agentic systems at an enterprise scale, aligned with business goals.
- Lead research, design, prototyping, and delivery of large-scale, production-grade AI platforms and complex AI initiatives including evaluation and governance capabilities.
- Mentor senior technical talent and lead a multi-tiered AI organization, managing vision, budget, and representing AI at the senior executive level.
Minimum Requirements
- 14+ years of software architecture and engineering experience with significant focus on AI/ML.
- Deep expertise in Generative AI including LLMs and experience building complex Agentic AI solutions.
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Engineering, or related quantitative field preferred.
- Deep understanding of financial services domain including regulatory, compliance, and security challenges; mastery of cloud-native technologies, MLOps, and AI/ML lifecycle.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven technical leadership in AI architecture for large-scale, distributed, highly available systems within large enterprises.
- Experience influencing technical strategy and setting standards for AI development, governance, and MLOps across organizations.
- Strong background in financial services domain and ability to manage senior technical teams and cross-functional innovation initiatives.
