About This Role
- Establish and oversee operational risk policies, governance processes, and technology tools to reduce losses from control gaps and emerging risks.
- Lead cross-functional data governance programs collaborating with Chief Data Office, risk leads, technology, and program management teams.
- Define strategy, scope, and success criteria for operational risk data governance initiatives including execution and audit validation of regulatory milestones.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 12+ years of relevant experience in operational risk, data governance, or related discipline.
- Proven ability to communicate and influence across organizational levels, including vendors and external partners.
- In-depth knowledge of operational risk processes and technology platforms for risk reporting and work management.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
