About This Role
- Lead assessment and documentation of end-to-end data flows and mappings for Regulatory Reports involving derivatives and finance data.
- Coordinate with multiple business and technical teams to define critical data elements, data governance controls, and remediate data quality issues.
- Design and implement systematic solutions to eliminate manual processes and perform functional testing and validations for regulatory data products.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years combined experience in banking/financial services, IT, data controls or governance.
- Strong expertise in derivatives and securities financing transactions (SFT) data flows within capital markets.
- Technical skills including Excel, SQL, Python, PySpark and experience with data management tools, process mapping, and lineage.
- Preferably an Engineering Graduate with Post Graduation in Finance.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in capital markets products, especially derivatives (Equities, FX, IRS, Commodities) and SFT (Repo, Securities Lending).
- Proficient in analyzing complex data sets and designing data governance frameworks with a regulatory focus.
- Capable of collaborating across business, tech, and data engineering teams to drive data quality and automation in regulatory reporting processes.
