About This Role
- Design, develop, and execute automated and manual test suites for Java full-stack and AWS-based applications covering functional, regression, integration, API, and batch testing.
- Develop reusable automation frameworks using Java, Selenium, and API-testing tools; integrate automated tests into Jenkins CI/CD pipelines and troubleshoot pipeline and environment issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements, document defects using Jira, support sprint planning, and drive continuous quality process improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in software testing, automation testing, or software application development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, MCA, or related technical discipline.
- Strong Java programming skills, experience with Selenium WebDriver, REST API testing, SQL for test-data validation, Jira, Agile/Scrum, and exposure to Jenkins CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience or exposure to AWS cloud services and cloud-based application testing preferred but not strictly mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience operating in Agile/Scrum teams focusing on automation and continuous integration using Java and Selenium frameworks.
- Ability to handle end-to-end testing responsibilities spanning UI, backend services, batch processing, and cloud environments with AWS services.
- Familiarity with DevOps collaboration for test automation, CI/CD pipeline troubleshooting, and quality gate improvements in fast-paced delivery cycles.
