About This Role
- Facilitate security incident detection, monitoring, and response across enterprise infrastructure including servers, networks, and development environments.
- Manage and maintain security tools lifecycle including tuning, patching, performance monitoring, and escalation handling within a 24/7 rotational shift environment.
- Develop and document best practices, support automation initiatives, and ensure resolution and documentation of security incidents following SOPs.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or related field.
- Moderate experience in security technologies (Firewall, IPS, IDS, Proxy) and SOC/CSIRT operations including incident handling end-to-end.
- Experience in technical support, diagnosis, troubleshooting, and remote support in security technologies.
- Workplace type: On-site working.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced working in 24/7 security operation center (SOC) environments with knowledge of security tools like SIEM, EDR, NDR, SOAR, and firewall management.
- Familiar with network, Linux OS, and security architecture concepts, capable of managing security controls and handling escalations.
- Proficient in incident response lifecycle including forensics, attack and malware analysis, with strong documentation and automation mindset.
