About This Role
- Lead the technical execution and engineering leadership of a critical network development program throughout the system lifecycle phases including development, maintenance, and technical refresh.
- Develop and maintain scalable, high-performing network system architecture and ensure system requirements are defined, managed, verified, and validated with traceability.
- Manage technical baseline including design reviews, risk and configuration management, lead technical discussions with stakeholders, and drive initiatives for engineering productivity and quality improvement.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM with minimum 9 years’ relevant experience or Master’s degree with minimum 7 years’ relevant experience, or 13 years of related experience without degree.
- Deep knowledge of network system architecture, system-of-systems integration, telecommunications, OSS/BSS tools, and security engineering.
- Experience leading requirements development, system design reviews, and technical stakeholder communications.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 7-13 years depending on education; Relevant certifications and compliance standards familiarity are preferred but not mandatory.

- Strong capability to lead and mentor multidisciplinary engineering teams and manage multiple priorities in complex technical environments.
