About This Role
- Develop and maintain full-stack features using Vue 3 frontend and Spring Boot backend for an enterprise financial performance management product.
- Write clean, well-tested code and participate actively in code reviews, debugging, and resolving issues across the stack.
- Use AI coding tools to enhance development efficiency and contribute knowledge gained to improve team practices.
Minimum Requirements
- 3 to 4 years professional software engineering experience in full-stack or backend-oriented roles.
- Hands-on experience with Vue 3 (Composition API), Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and relational databases.
- Proficient with TypeScript, Pinia for state management, and test frameworks Vitest and JUnit.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and Git workflows in team environments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Comfortable owning features and working independently across frontend and backend.
- Strong practical experience with AI tooling beyond basic use, and able to evaluate its benefits and limitations.
- Experience building production-quality enterprise software features in complex financial or performance management domains.
