About This Role
- Drive and implement ServiceNow-based IT and OT service management processes for global supply chain resilience, including incident, change, risk, and vulnerability management.
- Own crisis management processes in coordination with global teams, ensuring compliance with ITIL standards, regulatory, and security requirements.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives leveraging AI and data-driven insights to enhance operational resilience and efficiency across supply chain digital platforms.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Engineering, IT, Manufacturing Systems, or related technical discipline.
- Minimum 8+ years professional experience with at least 3 years in a similar IT service management role.
- Experience in implementing and managing ServiceNow capabilities in operational technology environments.
- ITIL Foundation certificate preferred; Master's degree and Lean/Six Sigma Orange Belt certification are pluses but not mandatory.

- Experienced leader with strong understanding of IT and OT integration in global supply chain and operational technology service management.
- Proven ability to manage and standardize service management processes aligned with ITIL best practices and regulatory standards.
- Track record of driving digital transformation and process improvements using advanced technologies including generative AI within complex, matrixed organizations.
