About This Role
- Lead and manage a software development team focused on package software applications, ensuring delivery of solutions on time and adherence to coding standards.
- Coordinate project execution and resource allocation, identifying and mitigating project risks and issues.
- Collaborate with senior management to define departmental goals and provide technical guidance to the team.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of relevant software engineering and project management experience, including at least 3 years in a similar leadership role.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages and development methodologies.
- Technical knowledge of package software applications.
