About This Role
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning and generative AI solutions including classification, regression, recommendation, forecasting, clustering, anomaly detection, and optimization.
- Build and maintain production-grade AI services, APIs, SDKs, and microservices using Python and AWS cloud technologies with scalable REST APIs and event-driven architectures.
- Develop generative AI applications incorporating LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG systems, AI copilots, and agentic workflows, ensuring explainability, auditability, and model performance monitoring.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-8 years of experience in AI/ML or Data Science roles.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Statistics, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong proficiency in Python programming and experience with AWS services such as Amazon EKS, SNS, SQS, Lambda, S3, and API Gateway.
- Mandatory skills include machine learning expertise (classification, regression, clustering, recommendation, forecasting, anomaly detection) and Python-based AI/ML application development.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building end-to-end ML solutions including feature engineering, model evaluation, hyperparameter tuning, and explainable AI.
- Proficient in both traditional ML frameworks (Scikit-Learn, XGBoost, LightGBM, CatBoost) and generative AI frameworks (LLMs, LangChain, LangGraph).
- Skilled in designing cloud-native AI systems with containerization (Docker), version control (Git), and solid software engineering practices (design patterns, SOLID principles).
