About This Role
- Develop, test, and implement process improvement proofs of concept using technologies like AI/GenAI, Python, automation platforms, analytics tools, and advanced Excel in Finance processes.
- Partner with Finance SMEs and process optimization teams to analyze and enhance current-state Finance processes aiming for efficiency, data quality, and reduced manual effort.
- Lead testing, validation, documentation, and support for deployment of technology-enabled Finance process solutions and pilots.
Minimum Requirements
- Hands-on experience building automation, analytics, or technology-driven process improvement solutions.
- Proficiency with Python, SQL, Alteryx, Power Automate, Power Apps, and advanced Excel; familiarity with AI/GenAI tools.
- Work Experience Required: 3-5 years in business process improvement, automation, analytics, or digital transformation.
- Preferred domain exposure to Finance processes like Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis, Financial Close, Reporting, or Shared Services operations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Technically strong executor comfortable rapidly building and iterating prototype solutions using emerging technologies including AI/GenAI.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams with Finance SMEs and technology partners to translate business requirements into scalable process improvements.
- Background in business process improvement or digital transformation initiatives within Finance or related operational domains.
