About This Role
- Own the end-to-end delivery of AI or enterprise software projects including day-to-day project management and status reporting.
- Create, manage, and obtain formal sign-off on comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) including process analysis and requirement traceability.
- Lead functional testing, including writing and executing test cases, defect management, and conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure full requirement coverage.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-3 years of business analysis experience, including at least 1 year leading projects or workstreams.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering and a Master's in Business Administration.
- Experience writing BRDs, functional specifications, user stories, and managing Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTMs).
- Experience with functional and UAT testing; familiarity with Jira; knowledge of Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies; onsite and hybrid work location.

- Experienced in managing AI or enterprise software delivery projects end to end with strong ownership of scope, schedule, and quality.
- Detail-oriented in requirements documentation, process modeling, and test planning ensuring zero gaps between requirements and delivered system.
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement through workshops and status updates, comfortable facilitating client interactions and coordinating cross-functional teams.
