About This Role
- Own the requirements lifecycle end-to-end for software solutions, from gathering through delivery and validation.
- Translate complex business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications in an Agile environment.
- Collaborate with customers, product owners, and engineering teams to ensure alignment of business objectives with technical delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in Business Analysis, preferably in technology consulting or software product development.
- Strong hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum delivery and application development lifecycle from requirements to deployment.
- Proven skills in stakeholder management and in using tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
- Work Experience Required: 5–8 years
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building or enhancing enterprise applications with close collaboration with engineering teams.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced Agile delivery environment with strong communication skills.
- Preferably has domain exposure or interest in HR Technology and software product delivery in consulting or customer-facing roles.
