About This Role
- Oversee daily accounting operations using Tally Prime and preferably Diamtrade ERP focused on jewellery and diamond inventory.
- Manage and reconcile jewellery stock including purchase, sales, inventory movements, and conduct regular stock verifications.
- Prepare financial reports including MIS, vendor/customer ledger reconciliations, GST documentation, and support month-end/year-end closures.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 4 years experience in Jewellery or Diamond Industry accounting.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime; Diamtrade ERP experience preferred.
- Degree requirement: B.Com or M.Com.
- Location requirement: Based in or willing to work at BKC, Bandra, Mumbai.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience specifically with Jewellery Stock Accounting and Inventory Reconciliation within jewellery or diamond sector.
- Familiarity with GST accounting, banking transactions, and internal financial controls in jewellery industry.
- Comfortable working with detailed financial records and maintaining confidentiality in a regulated inventory environment.
