About This Role
- Serve as finance SME with strong SAP FI-CO knowledge, bridging Operations, key users, and project teams.
- Drive process excellence by implementing accounting policies under IND AS & IFRS and monitor relevant KPIs for process efficiency.
- Support S/4HANA migration, data cleansing, general ledger control, month-end closing, and fiscal governance including audit compliance.
Minimum Requirements
- Qualified CA or CMA with at least 5 years post-qualification experience.
- Minimum 5 years in accounting within medium or large manufacturing industry.
- Expertise in IND AS, IFRS, Companies Act 2013, and SEBI Regulations.
- Strong SAP FI system exposure; experience handling annual audit as per IFRS/Ind AS.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in manufacturing industry accounting with operational control over financial processes.
- Capable of coordinating across multiple finance and operations teams for process improvements and system migrations.
- Comfortable managing compliance and audit processes with rigorous governance focus.
