About This Role
- Track, report, analyze, and present operational metrics to provide performance oversight and identify risks across the organization and/or sponsor trials.
- Validate data quality, conduct quality checks, and deliver data outputs adhering to timelines and contractual requirements.
- Collaborate on dashboard and KPI creation; communicate with stakeholders including senior management to meet reporting and analytical needs.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 3+ years of related data analysis experience.
- Proficiency in Excel (including Python), Power BI, PowerApps, PowerQuery, PowerPivot, PowerAutomate; VBA experience is advantageous.
- Legal right to work in the role's country location (implied by employment contingency).

- Experienced in independently analyzing data and presenting actionable recommendations to multiple organizational levels, including senior leadership.
- Strong skills in creating dashboards and key performance indicators that align with business objectives.
- Able to communicate complex data insights clearly to diverse stakeholders and provide relevant training or support.
