About This Role
- Manage social media content calendars, scheduling, publishing, and cross-platform distribution.
- Ideate and execute content, campaigns, and creative concepts aligned with brand objectives across social media, email, WhatsApp, and newsletter channels.
- Explore new digital platforms (Quora, Reddit, Pinterest) to expand brand visibility and track performance metrics to suggest improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Experience with social media platforms, content planning, publishing, and tools like Buffer and Meta Business Suite.
- Familiarity with email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, and newsletter campaign execution.
- Location: Pune, full-time onsite role.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Ability to coordinate effectively with design, video, and content teams for timely campaign execution.
- Strong content ideation, copywriting, and organizational skills focused on meeting deadlines.
- Experience or interest in expanding brand presence across alternative digital platforms beyond traditional social media.
