About This Role
- Own the implementation and governance of data quality measurement programs in retail consumer banking, including metadata management, data ownership, issue management, and audit support.
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI-powered solutions such as LLM-based applications and AI agents to enhance data quality lifecycle and enterprise workflows.
- Lead root cause analysis, data profiling, creation of data quality rules, continuous data monitoring, remediation planning, and cross-functional collaboration for data governance and compliance.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 10+ years of hands-on experience in people management, data quality, MIS, and data management; at least 7+ years in the Banking Industry.
- Educational qualifications: MBA or Masters in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, IT, Computer Applications or Engineering; BTech/B.E preferred in IT, Information Systems, or related fields.
- Technical proficiency in Python, SAS, SQL, Teradata, Collibra, and experience in LLM-based AI applications, prompt engineering, multi-agent orchestration frameworks like LangChain or LangGraph.
- Strong domain knowledge of Banking products (Cards, Deposit, Loans, Wealth Management, Insurance), data quality frameworks, audit processes, risk & control metrics.

- Experienced leader combining strong software engineering skills with hands-on machine learning and generative AI expertise, particularly in large language models and agentic AI frameworks.
- Strategic thinker capable of managing complex data governance initiatives and driving operational improvements in large-scale banking environments.
- Proficient in collaborating cross-functionally with data stewards, IT, and business stakeholders to design robust data quality controls and scalable AI solutions.
