About This Role
- Develop and deploy AI-powered platforms impacting commercial, contracting, and patient access strategies within the US Value & Access organization.
- Build, scale, and integrate AI/ML solutions including AI copilots, NLP pipelines for document analysis, real-time decision systems, and anomaly detection models.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to translate business needs into production-grade AI systems using advanced GenAI, LLM, ML techniques with measurable business impact.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or related STEM field.
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML, data science, or software engineering roles.
- Proven project experience with 2-3 real AI/ML projects including LLM-based chatbots or deployed ML models.
- Strong programming skills in Python, PySpark, SQL; experience with core ML algorithms and NLP fundamentals.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced with production-level AI/ML systems, including prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, and agent frameworks.
- Comfortable working in cross-functional teams focusing on AI-driven automation and decision support in healthcare/pharma context.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and translate complex technical concepts into business solutions in a fast-paced environment.
