About This Role
- Lead and establish Centers of Excellence (COEs) in India for Workiva, Anaplan, and Axiom/A360 regulatory reporting platforms to transform Finance reporting, planning, forecasting, and regulatory processes.
- Define and enforce operating models, standards, governance, and scalable platform roadmaps while ensuring alignment with Finance priorities and reducing dependency on external partners through internal capability building.

- Significant leadership experience in Finance transformation, enterprise Finance platforms, or regulatory reporting within a large financial-services organization.
- Deep experience in at least one platform among Workiva, Anaplan, or Axiom/A360 with ability to lead across related Finance platform portfolio.
- Strong understanding of Finance processes including accounting, statutory and regulatory reporting, planning, forecasting, and management reporting.
