About This Role
- Own end-to-end architecture, technical design, delivery governance, and operational success of enterprise Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions.
- Lead multidisciplinary Agile squads including architects, developers, consultants, and support teams in delivery of implementations, enhancements, and modernization initiatives.
- Define and govern architecture standards, reusable patterns, security frameworks, ALM practices, integrations, data migration, and production support processes.
Minimum Requirements
- 10–15 years of experience including significant roles in Solution Architect, Technical Architect, Technical Lead, or Squad Lead on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/Customer Engagement solutions.
- Deep expertise in Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Platform architecture, and hands-on development with C#, .NET, Plugins, JavaScript, and Dynamics 365 extensibility.
- Proven experience designing enterprise integrations using Dynamics 365 Web API, Dataverse APIs, REST APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and related Azure integration technologies.
- Experience leading Agile delivery squads, managing technical governance, architecture reviews, mentoring teams, and engaging senior stakeholders.

- Experienced leader in Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions with ability to translate complex business and technical requirements into scalable architectures.
- Comfortable managing multidisciplinary Agile teams and providing technical leadership in enterprise-scale delivery contexts.
- Skilled in technical governance, risk management, modernization initiatives, and continuous improvement within complex, integrated Microsoft technology ecosystems.
