About This Role
- Manage daily logistics operations including dispatch planning and order fulfillment across multiple sales channels and warehouses.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams, transport partners, and vendors to ensure timely shipments and inventory accuracy.
- Handle B2C and B2B order processing on platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and Shopify while maintaining MIS reports and resolving delivery issues.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline; preference for Logistics, Supply Chain, or Commerce degrees.
- Relevant experience in warehouse or logistics operations required.
- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes, including familiarity with platforms like Unicommerce, Amazon, and Flipkart.
- Basic proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing multi-channel order fulfillment and coordination with diverse teams including warehouses and transporters.
- Comfortable working with e-commerce platforms and logistics software to track and update shipment and inventory status.
- Detail-oriented with strong communication skills enabling effective problem resolution and operational efficiency.
