About This Role
- Lead end-to-end delivery of a complex, multi-track program involving platform modernization, cloud migration, and integration with third-party systems.
- Establish and manage program governance, roadmap, milestone tracking, SAFe delivery execution, and risk management across multiple workstreams and vendors.
- Provide multi-level structured reporting including weekly operational status, bi-weekly client engineering updates, monthly executive dashboards, and manage financial metrics like burn rate and payment tracking.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of program/project delivery experience in complex, multi-track environments with distributed teams.
- Experience managing platform modernization or legacy migration programs including monolith to microservices or strangler fig patterns.
- Strong understanding and practical experience with SAFe or scaled Agile frameworks including PI planning and phase gate processes.
- Must be Hyderabad-based and able to work onsite at the office.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven ability to manage multiple parallel delivery pods with independent backlogs and shared governance in multi-vendor environments.
- Strong technical awareness of microservices, API gateways, CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS), and data migration to proactively identify risks.
- Demonstrated skill in managing C-level stakeholders with metrics-driven communication to build executive confidence and navigate competing priorities.
