About This Role
- Conduct scheduled and surprise site inspections across multiple residential and office sites to ensure housekeeping, hygiene, ambience, and operational readiness meet quality standards.
- Manage audit processes including documenting observations, verifying corrective actions, and recommending improvements to service quality and vendor performance.
- Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly MIS reports and dashboards for senior leadership review, supporting multi-site operations, VIP visits, and event coordination.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 10 years relevant experience in hospitality, housekeeping, facility management, or service quality assurance.
- Graduate degree required; Hotel Management qualification preferred with luxury/premium hotel housekeeping experience as strong advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and AI tools for executive MIS reporting.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 10 years; experience with integrated facility management company is a plus.
