About This Role
- Ensure order accuracy in pre-delivery by verifying all order details and compliance before dispatch.
- Confirm completion of customer contract fulfillment post-delivery by coordinating with billing and invoice teams, including proof-of-delivery checks prior to invoicing.
- Manage and track order data to ensure SOX compliance and drive continuous process improvements in delivery and billing workflows.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 2 years' professional experience, preferably in Operations or Process Management.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Work Experience Required: At least 2 years preferably in relevant operational roles.
