About This Role
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies focused on operational efficiency, cost reduction, and service improvement.
- Manage end-to-end supply chain functions: demand planning, procurement, logistics, warehousing, inventory, and supply chain risk mitigation.
- Lead and mentor a supply chain team and present performance reports to senior management.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field; Master's preferred.
- 7-10 years of progressive supply chain management experience, preferably in FMCG.
- Proficiency in supply chain planning software such as SAP, Oracle, or JDA and strong Excel skills.
- Experience in managing complex supply chain operations with measurable results.

- Experienced in driving supply chain strategy and continuous improvement in large/global organizations.
- Demonstrates strong leadership in managing teams and cross-functional collaboration.
- Expertise in advanced supply chain methodologies like S&OP, Lean, and Six Sigma to optimize operations.
