About This Role
- Lead design, development, testing, and maintenance of scalable, secure, enterprise-grade backend applications predominantly using .NET or Java.
- Oversee API lifecycle management including versioning, documentation, testing, deployment, and monitoring for robust integration services.
- Mentor engineering teams, drive architecture decisions, troubleshoot production issues, and leverage AI tools to enhance SDLC productivity.
Minimum Requirements
- 12+ years of software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in .NET or Java backend development with expertise in REST APIs, microservices, and integration patterns.
- Experience with cloud-native applications on Azure or AWS, relational and NoSQL databases, Kafka, version control, and CI/CD.
- Mandatory expertise in AI frameworks (e.g., Anthropic Claude, LangChain) to architect and optimize the software development lifecycle.

- Senior-level technical lead with substantial experience in backend enterprise application architecture and integration.
- Proven capability to lead and mentor engineering teams while managing cross-functional collaboration for product delivery.
