About This Role
- Lead QA test planning, execution, and automation for Lending Service Layer applications supporting mortgage and consumer loans.
- Develop and maintain functional and regression test suites using tools like HP ALM, JIRA, and automation frameworks; analyze test failures and coordinate with development teams.
- Ensure quality standards adherence, review test reports, and contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes for a financial software environment.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of functional testing experience, preferably in the financial industry.
- Proficient with automation testing methodologies and tools such as HP ALM, JIRA; strong SQL and Unix/Linux shell scripting skills.
- Experience managing testing lifecycle activities including test planning, execution, defect tracking, and regression automation.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 5-8 years relevant as QA Engineer; location: Pune, India.

- Experienced in financial services software testing, familiar with lending domain or related banking applications.
- Capable of maintaining test automation frameworks and integrating them within agile release cycles.
