About This Role
- Act as Subject Matter Expert on financial products covering Instrument, Calendar, and Ratings domain data to bridge product development, client needs, and front-office execution.
- Lead and implement high-impact quality projects to improve operational efficiency and productivity using Six Sigma and Lean methodologies.
- Manage re-platforming deliverables, escalate and monitor backlog items via JIRA/Confluence, prioritize workloads, handle sprints, and report product metrics to leadership.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-10 years of product management experience in banking or financial services environment.
- Proficient in database query tools such as DBeaver and PostgreSQL.
- Experience implementing and managing Agile methodologies for large, complex global projects.
- Work Experience Required: 8-10 years in relevant domain.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Deep SME knowledge of reference data and operational processes related to derivative documentation and trade/transaction regulatory reporting.
- Strong analytical skills to define and analyze business process flows impacting technology and perform end-to-end process reviews.
- Experience leading high-impact projects and stakeholder management in complex, regulated financial services settings.
