About This Role
- Own end-to-end supply planning translating 12-month Net Requirements Plan into production and material schedules, ensuring plants meet capacity utilization and service targets.
- Manage inventory levels adhering to norms through monitoring, aging analysis, and coordination with procurement and QA/QC for raw and packaging materials availability.
- Collaborate across functions (procurement, logistics, regulatory, production) to ensure on-time, in-full delivery, regulatory compliance, and continuous supply chain process improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, preferably with focus on Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Production.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in Pharma, FMCG, or similar industry.
- Proficiency in SAP/ERP systems and planning tools (e.g., Kinaxis), plus MS Office and PowerBI.
- Awareness of cGxP, compliance, and regulatory requirements related to supply chain work.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in detailed supply planning balancing capacity, inventory, and cost within regulated environments such as pharma or FMCG.
- Skilled at cross-functional coordination with production, procurement, quality, logistics, and regulatory teams to resolve supply issues and execute new product launches.
- Data-driven with capability to use digital tools and MIS reporting to support decision-making and drive supply chain improvements.
